## What this is

FLASH LISTING is an AI-driven cross-border ERP system that turns “products sourced in China” into “products sellable on overseas platforms”, then takes over day-to-day live-listing management afterwards. It has two modules that work together inside one account.

## The five jobs automated at listing time (FLASH Workbench)

1. Titles: rewritten around how local buyers in the target market actually search, not translated literally; some platforms need a separate title per variant.
2. Descriptions & selling points: AI rewrites them into multilingual long descriptions, short descriptions and bullet lists, each produced to the platform's spec.
3. Images: Chinese text is replaced with the target market's language, sizes are normalized to platform requirements, marketing images can be generated from main images and videos composited automatically.
4. Category attributes: the category is determined automatically, Chinese attributes are mapped to platform-approved wording, required fields are auto-filled, and the few uncertain ones are flagged for confirmation.
5. Pricing: selling price and strike-through price are calculated per platform + store + country site + fulfilment method, factoring in cost, freight, commission, payment fees, ad spend and target profit, with FX rates updated live or locked.

The system then generates codes and submits the listing; across the whole process, a human clicks Approve exactly once on the review desk.

## Management after going live (Listing Center)

- Live products in one table: every platform's live products, approval status, price and inventory in a single list, filterable by platform / store / status and refreshable in one click.
- Bulk price edits: selling price, promo price and strike-through price adjusted separately, taking effect across platforms, stores and sites at once.
- Bulk inventory edits: select products within one store, edit in bulk, and it syncs straight to the platform.
- Bulk publish / unpublish: publish and unpublish in bulk, with one button covering each platform's different naming.
- Margin up front: four margin levels for the same product in the same store (current price / platform-suggested price / promo price / break-even price), calculated per fulfilment method with expandable commission details.

## AI Assistant (a store assistant that does the work)

- Entry: the bottom-right corner inside the product — plain-language chat, no extra client or page to open.
- Read: store setup completeness, products and review records, job progress, orders and fulfilment status for a given store, and credit balance.
- Write: price edits, inventory, publish/unpublish, review approval and order fulfilment on your instruction; anything that spends credits or touches a live marketplace first shows a confirmation card and waits for your approval.
- Watch: scheduled checks (for example every day at 9am) over the stores you choose, alerting only on stock-outs, failed jobs, overdue shipments or expired authorisation.

The AI Assistant runs with the permissions of the signed-in account — never above them, and never across tenants. If something cannot be found it says so instead of inventing a number. It currently replies in Chinese.

## Platform notes (details on each platform page)

- OZON (Russia): A warehouse must be configured before listing; titles are capped at 200 characters and need punctuation when long, colour attributes must be in Russian, and one missing required attribute blocks the listing.
- NOON (Saudi Arabia, UAE & Egypt): Price and stock are maintained separately for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt; barcodes must be unique and are submitted only after the product is created; shipping is confirmed by a person, never automated.
- Trendyol (Türkiye): Required attributes depend on the category, merchant codes are unique within a store, prices follow the store's settlement currency, and a successful submission is not a live listing — review happens on the platform side.
- Fordeal (Middle East): A volume-oriented Middle East marketplace: titles, images and required attributes must be complete to spec before a listing goes up, and orders plus after-sales are tracked separately.

More platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, AliExpress, eBay, Temu and others) are being evaluated and integrated. Platforms that aren't live are never marked as supported.
