Account details needed to register and sign in (such as your phone number); the product links, product data and images you submit; API credentials you provide to authorise a store; and operational records — activity logs, credit and billing records, and access logs used for troubleshooting.
Turning sourced products into publishable overseas listings; submitting them to the stores and platforms you authorise; billing and reconciliation; troubleshooting and customer support. Your product data is not used for anything unrelated to providing the service.
To generate titles, descriptions and images, product data is processed by the model and image-processing services we use. To publish, product data, prices and stock are sent through official APIs to the platforms you authorised (such as OZON, NOON, Trendyol and Fordeal, whose servers are located outside mainland China). Beyond processing required to deliver the service, we do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties.
Encrypted, and used only to operate your own stores — never for anything else. You can revoke the authorisation in the platform back office at any time, or ask us to delete the stored credential.
For as long as your account exists. After you close it, any information other than transaction and billing records we are legally required to retain is deleted or anonymised.
You can access, correct or delete your information, withdraw authorisation, or close your account. Email wuming@flashlisting.com.cn and we will act once your identity is verified.
The service is intended for businesses and e-commerce professionals, not for minors. If we discover that a minor's data was collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly.
When the policy changes we update this page and the effective date above; material changes are also flagged inside the product.
A software service for cross-border listing and live-listing management: turning sourced products into publishable listings, submitting them to the platforms you authorise, and helping you manage them once live. The exact feature set is what the product actually offers.
You provide accurate account information and keep your credentials safe. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours; tell us promptly if you notice anything unusual.
Sign-up credits and subsequent billing follow the rules shown inside the product. Credits are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
Do not list illegal, infringing or platform-prohibited products, and do not abuse APIs, disrupt the service or attempt to bypass platform rules. We may suspend or terminate service where this is breached.
Whether a product is approved, at what price it is shown and what extra documents are required is ultimately decided by each platform. We do not guarantee approval; when platform rules change and a listing fails, the platform's reason and handling apply.
You own the rights to your product content, images and brand assets. You authorise us to store, process and submit them to the platforms you designate, as required to provide the service.
We give as much notice as we can for maintenance and upgrades. Where an interruption is caused by force majeure, a third-party failure or a platform API change, we restore service as quickly as possible but are not liable for indirect losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first; failing that, before the competent court where we are based.
This website stores two things in your browser: the interface language you selected, and whether you have switched language manually (so the hint is not shown twice). They stay in your browser and are not uploaded.
This site runs no advertising and uses no advertising trackers.
After signing in, session state and security checks rely on local storage or cookies; details are covered inside the product.
The live-chat widget is provided by a third-party customer-service platform and may set its own cookies or identifiers when loaded; its handling follows that platform's policy.
You can clear or block local storage and cookies in your browser settings. Doing so disables preferences such as language choice, but public content remains readable.
