Where you sit in the pipeline

Four steps in front of you — you only appear at step three

The two steps before it, and the one after it, need nothing from you. Products come to you, and only once per run.

STEP 1 · Sourcing box
Drop in a source link

Titles, images, variants, attributes and prices are captured in one pass and the product lands in the box by itself.

What you do Paste a link, a few seconds
STEP 2 · Auto generation
All five jobs run here

Titles, descriptions, images, attributes and pricing are all completed automatically.

What you do Nothing to do
STEP 3 · Review desk
It only asks you once everything is ready Your one touchpoint

You see a finished product, not a draft: glance, approve — or send it back to be redone.

What you do The only time in the whole run
STEP 4 · Publish queue
Submitted automatically after approval

Listings go to the platforms you've connected, and both successes and failures are tracked here — a failed item is a one-place fix and a single retry.

What you do Watch the results
The five jobs in the generation stage

You used to do all five by hand — now you don't touch any of them

Each one answers two questions: where others get stuck, and what we do differently.

01 No manual work

Auto titles

Not translated — written the way local buyers search

The same product, rewritten into the phrase local buyers actually type. Other tools translate literally — words like “wholesale”, “custom” and “MOQ” from the source page land in front of overseas buyers verbatim, where nobody understands or searches for them. We strip those filler words out first, then rewrite the title around local phrasing and the search patterns people really use on each platform. Some platforms need a separate title for every variant, so we write one for every variant.

02 No manual work

Auto descriptions

A description isn't a fill-in-the-blank — it's retold

Descriptions and selling points in several languages, generated in one pass. AI rewrites them the way locals actually speak, giving you several languages at once rather than a sentence-by-sentence translation of the Chinese. Long descriptions, short descriptions and bullet lists are each produced to the platform's own spec. When you add a new country later, existing products can be regenerated in one click.

03 No manual work

Auto images

The Chinese text on your images turns local too

No redesign needed — your images can speak the local language. Chinese text in main and detail images is swapped into the target market's language automatically, sizes are normalized to each platform's spec, a marketing image can be generated from the main image, and videos can be composited automatically. The system also recognizes what each image is, whether it shows a packaging box, what text is on it and whether there's a watermark, so downstream processing can use it directly. Background removal, watermark removal and scene images are rolling out — when they land, you won't need to change your workflow at all.

04 No manual work

Auto attributes

You don't fill in attributes one by one — you just glance at them

Chinese attributes from the source page become the values the platform expects. Source-page attributes are in Chinese and loosely worded, while platforms demand their own prescribed wording — mapping between the two used to be a manual, line-by-line lookup. Now the system decides which category the product belongs to, converts the Chinese attributes into platform-approved wording and fills in required fields automatically. Only the handful it isn't sure about are flagged for you to confirm.

05 No manual work

Auto pricing

Leave the math to rules

Cost, freight, commission, ads, FX and profit — selling price and strike-through price in one pass. Cross-border pricing is not “cost times some multiplier”. You can price up from cost, work back from the price you want to sell at, or write your own formula; the system includes product cost, domestic and international freight, platform commissions, payment fees, ad spend and your target profit, with FX rates updated live or locked at a rate you choose. In the end, selling price and strike-through price come out per platform + store + country site + fulfilment method. Add a new platform, country or fulfilment method later and the rules don't need redoing.

How we differ from other ERPs

Same category of tool — the difference is who actually does the work

No names, no mud-slinging. One question only: who was doing these jobs — a person, or the system?

The job Doing it yourself With another ERP With FLASH Workbench
01 Titles Brainstorming titles in each language, hunting keywords, counting characters You get translations and templates — you still write and edit the title Automatic Filler words stripped out, rewritten around what locals really search, one version per variant
02 Descriptions Assembling selling points and details from the source listing by hand Machine-translated in one pass — it still reads foreign Automatic AI rewrites it in local phrasing, in several languages at once
03 Images Cropping, compressing and retouching the text on every image Bulk export, but you still babysit sizes and text Automatic Chinese text becomes the local language, sizes are compliant automatically, marketing images and videos included
04 Attributes Picking field by field against platform rules You get an attribute template — you still fill it in Automatic The system picks the category, converts Chinese attributes to platform wording and fills required fields
05 Pricing Calculator in hand, store by store You get a formula — you enter the parameters yourself Automatic Cost, freight, commission, ads, FX and profit in one pass, with selling and strike-through prices per store and site
Your one manual touchpoint

Review desk: the system never publishes behind your back

You're not coming back to do the work — you're here to make the final call. And the result isn't a locked draft: change whatever you want.

1

Processing

The product is being prepared automatically and needs nothing from you. Progress is visible, and an interrupted run picks up where it left off.

2

Awaiting your review You appear here

It stops only once content, assets and listing info are all ready. Take a look, click Approve, or change whatever you want to change.

3

Live / Needs attention

A successful listing is done; if something goes wrong it tells you the reason and the exact place to fix, then you retry that item alone instead of the whole batch.

You don't need to know what happens in between — only when a product is asking for your confirmation.

Edit content

Titles, bullets, descriptions, attributes — anything can be changed, then published.

Choose scope

You decide which stores and which countries a product goes to.

Per-store pricing

Each store keeps its own price and inventory, with no interference between them.

Send back

Products you're not happy with can be sent back to be redone — you never have to accept a default.

Full audit trail

Who approved what, when, and what they changed — all on record.

Visible failures

Listing failures show their reason as-is; fix one place and retry.

After you go live

Once products are out, Listing Center takes over

Approved products go into the publish queue; once they're submitted, everything continues in Listing Center — whether the platform approved them, what they sell for now, how much stock is left, and what each order earns. Both sides run on the same data, so nothing gets re-entered.

  • Products submitted successfully from the publish queue show up in Listing Center's live list
  • Price changes, inventory updates and publish/unpublish happen there in bulk — and take effect on the platform right away
  • When something looks off, jump back to the publish queue with the store and product already in context

FAQ

What people ask before the first run

How long does one product take, from link to publish-ready?

About a minute per product on average, not counting your own review time. It varies by product: more images and more complex attributes take longer, and progress is visible in the sourcing box.

Is one title copied across platforms, or written per platform?

Written per platform. Search habits, character limits and variant dimensions differ between platforms, and some platforms need a separate title for every variant — so they are written one by one rather than reused.

Is the Chinese text on my images translated?

Yes. Chinese text in main and detail images is replaced with the target market's language, and sizes are normalized to each platform's spec; marketing images can be generated from the main image and videos composited automatically. Background removal, watermark removal and scene images are rolling out.

Are required platform attributes filled in automatically?

Yes. The system picks the category, converts Chinese attributes into the wording the platform accepts and fills in required fields; only the few it is unsure about are flagged for your confirmation.

If a listing fails, do I have to resubmit everything?

No. The platform's failure reason is shown as-is; fix that one thing and retry. Only the affected steps are re-sent — work that already succeeded is not redone.
