The real status on the platform
Approved or not, live or not, delisted or not — it follows the platform the moment it changes
What it sells for and what's left
Selling price, promo price, strike-through price and inventory, shown per store
What an order actually earns
Margin at all four price levels, with commission details one click away

What Listing Center manages
The five daily jobs after you go live, all in one place
You used to do these five in each platform's back office separately — now you do them once and every platform follows.
01Live products
Every live product from every store, in one table
No more switching between platform back offices
Online products from every platform land in a single list: whether the platform approved them, whether they're live, what they sell for and how much stock is left — all synced back automatically. Filter by platform, store or status; when you need fresh data, refresh every matching product in one click instead of paging through. As more platforms are supported, the view and the actions stay the same.
02Bulk price edits
Edit prices in batches
Select and edit — it takes effect immediately
Tick products and adjust prices in bulk, editing the price that's actually live on the platform. Selling price, promo price and strike-through price can be adjusted separately, and changes take effect right away with no clicking into each back office. Multiple platforms, stores and country sites can be edited together; each platform's own rules are handled by the system.
03Bulk inventory edits
One store's inventory, updated in one go
Tick and edit — synced straight to the platform
Select products in the same store and update inventory in bulk; it syncs to the platform immediately, with no clicking into each back office — no overselling from stale stock, and no delistings that come out of nowhere.
04Bulk publish / unpublish
Publish and unpublish in bulk
Push up what you're selling, pull back what you're not
Bulk publish and bulk unpublish: once delisted, buyers can't see the product and you can put it back up any time. Dozens or hundreds of products in one store, handled in a single click. Every platform names and handles publish/unpublish differently — on your side it's still one button.
05Margin up front
Know your margin up front
See what an order earns before you change the price
The list shows margin at four price levels directly — what you earn at the current price, at the platform-suggested price, on a promo, and the price at which you'd earn nothing (break-even). It's calculated per fulfilment method, with every commission line one click away. All numbers come from real platform data through a single calculation, so two screens never disagree — and new platforms use the same math.
The heart of this module
Know what an order earns before you change the price
No spreadsheet required. For the same product in the same store, the margin at four price levels is laid out right in the list.
Current price+18%Calculated at the price live on the platform
Platform-suggested price+22%What the platform's reference price would earn
Promo price+11%How far you can discount and still profit
Break-even price3,640 ₽Drop below this and the order earns nothing
The panel above illustrates the interface; the level names and the calculation are the real ones, while percentages and amounts are examples only.
Calculated separately per fulfilment method
Same product, same price — but a different fulfilment method means different costs and therefore a different margin. That's why the four levels are given per fulfilment method instead of being blended into one average.
Every commission line, one click away
Each margin level expands into its breakdown: product cost, freight, platform commission, payment fees and ad spend. Every number is derived from real platform data through one single calculation, so two screens never disagree.
Where products come from
The products here are sent over by FLASH Workbench
In Workbench you turn source products into publishable listings and submit them; once they succeed, they show up in Listing Center's live list. When you need to change content, republish or swap variants, jump back to Workbench with the store and product already in context — no hunting for order numbers.
Submitted successfully from the publish queue → it appears here automatically, no manual import
Product content changed and needs republishing → jump back to Workbench from here
One style across several stores → watch each store separately here, maintain the content once in Workbench
How products get in: content, assets, attributes, pricing, submit to publish
Listing Center
How to manage them once they're in: statuses, prices, inventory, publish/unpublish, margin
How they connect
A successful publish-queue submission shows up in the live list, and you can jump either way
No rebuild later
More platforms later, same view and same actions
Adding a platform is one more layer, not a whole new back office. The filtering, price edits and inventory updates you learn today are the same moves tomorrow.
More platforms, still one list
Each platform has its own rules — the system handles the differences

AI Assistant
Ask a question, or let it do the work — bottom right, any page
The AI Assistant is built into the product: it can look up stores, products, reviews, jobs, orders and credits, and it can edit prices, inventory, publish/unpublish and ship orders on your instruction. Before it changes anything, it shows you exactly what will change — and waits.
