What is FLASH LISTING?
An AI-driven listing tool for cross-border sellers: it turns a 1688 product link into a product ready to publish on OZON, NOON, Trendyol or Fordeal, handling titles, descriptions, images, attributes and pricing automatically.
Grouped into getting started, pricing, the listing flow, platforms, data, comparisons and the AI Assistant. Platform-specific requirements live on each platform's guide page.
An AI-driven listing tool for cross-border sellers: it turns a 1688 product link into a product ready to publish on OZON, NOON, Trendyol or Fordeal, handling titles, descriptions, images, attributes and pricing automatically.
Two things: a source product link and store authorisation (an API credential or auth link generated in the platform back office). Multilingual copy, image processing, category attributes, price and stock are all prepared for you.
Yes. You get 10,000 credits on sign-up — enough to run one of your own products through the whole pipeline (source, generate, review, publish) before deciding whether to scale.
About a minute on average, from pasting the link to a review-ready listing, excluding your own review time. Products with many images or complex attributes take longer.
You get 10,000 credits on sign-up, enough to run your first products through the pipeline before paying anything. After that you pay per step actually used — current rates are shown inside the product once you sign up.
Per step actually used; each step has its own credit rate. Resubmitting a product only re-runs the steps that are affected, and the exact rates are visible in the product.
The next task is blocked before it starts, with a clear message — work does not fail halfway through for lack of balance. Top up and continue.
Only the review desk. Content, assets and listing data are all prepared first; nothing is submitted until you click Approve. The system never publishes behind your back.
Yes. Search habits, character limits and variant dimensions differ between platforms, and some platforms need a separate title per variant — so they are written one by one, not reused.
Yes. Chinese text in main and detail images is replaced with the target market's language and sizes are normalised to platform specs; marketing images can be generated from the main image and videos composited automatically.
No. The platform's reason is shown verbatim; fix that one thing and retry. Only the affected steps are re-sent, and work that already succeeded is left alone.
Yes. You choose the platforms and stores on the review desk — one store only, or several at once from the same content.
OZON (Russia), NOON (Saudi Arabia / UAE / Egypt), Trendyol (Türkiye) and Fordeal (Middle East). Each platform's hard requirements are documented on its own guide page.
No. Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, AliExpress, eBay and Temu are on the integration roadmap — being on the roadmap does not mean available, and we never mark them as live.
Yes. Product content is shared across platforms, while listing data (price, stock, codes, required fields) is prepared per platform. A failure on one platform does not affect what already succeeded elsewhere.
We track platform changes for you. If a change causes a rejection, the platform's reason is passed through as-is — fix it and retry that item.
Encrypted, and used only to operate your own stores — never for anything else and never shared. You can revoke the authorisation in the platform back office at any time.
No. Price edits, stock updates and publish/unpublish are actions you take in the system; shipping is executed only after you confirm it. The system does not place orders or ship on your behalf.
Products enter the sourcing box, are confirmed on the review desk, then land in the publish queue; once live they appear in the Listing Center. Status, failure reasons and activity are visible on each of those pages.
A traditional ERP gives you templates and a process — you still do the filling in. We finish the listing work: the system picks the category, converts Chinese attributes into platform-approved wording and fills required fields, so what you get is a product ready to publish.
Those move data onto the platform, but titles, images and attributes are still your call. We handle whether the product can pass and whether it sells: content and assets are generated once, to each platform's spec.
Titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes and prices are all editable on the review desk before submission, and products you are unhappy with can be sent back for a redo.
The assistant built into the product. Chat with it to look up stores, products, reviews, jobs, orders and credits, and to edit prices, inventory, publish state, approvals and fulfilment on your instruction; it can also run scheduled store checks.
No. Actions that spend credits, touch a marketplace, run in bulk or cannot be undone first show a confirmation card stating exactly what will change; nothing runs until you approve, and a rejected action is never retried on its own.
Yes. It checks the stores and times you set and only alerts you on stock-outs, failed jobs, overdue shipments or expired authorisation. It never reprices on its own while you are away.
No separate fee: chats are billed as tokens on your credit balance and appear as their own line (“AI assistant chat”) on the same invoice as everything else. If credits run low it tells you before starting.
It looks things up before answering: every figure comes from real data in your account, and if something cannot be found it says so rather than offering a plausible guess. It currently replies in Chinese.
Demos, partnership questions, and whether we can connect your store — just ask. Or run one product end to end first and decide afterwards.
